Elevion provides customer operations, automation, communication systems, lead qualification, workflow automation, and related business services.
No Guarantee of Results
Elevion does not guarantee:
- Revenue increases
- Specific lead volumes
- Specific conversion rates
- Advertising performance
- Business outcomes
Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining legal compliance
- Following applicable platform policies
- Reviewing automated communications before deployment when appropriate
Platform Providers
Elevion integrates with third-party providers including:
- OpenAI
- Meta
- Twilio
- Respond.io
- CRM providers
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, systems, templates, prompts, automations, and documentation created by Elevion remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevion shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Indirect damages
- Business interruption
- Platform restrictions
- Third-party service failures
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid during the previous 30 days.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the applicable service agreement.
