Quotes and client agreements
Quotes are estimates, not binding commitments, until a written agreement is signed. Each client agreement sets the project scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms and deliverables. If a client agreement differs from these website terms, that agreement controls the project.
Sample designs and results
Sample designs are concepts created for illustration, not client work. Any proposed before-and-after descriptions show a possible approach, not measured client outcomes. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, sales, search rankings or other business results.
Intellectual property
Elevion owns the original content, branding and designs on this website unless otherwise noted. Third-party materials belong to their respective owners. You may view and share links to this site, but may not copy, sell or reuse its original content without permission. Ownership and use of a client’s completed website are governed by the client agreement.
Availability and liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but provide it as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Elevion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this informational site, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.
